Member Options

Current Members:

Change account information – A member can update their account information (To update Credit Card information click on account login button on the top right of the website, once logged in you can update your Credit Card information) or by calling 850-686-8722(TRAC) and giving Credit Card or ACH updates to the BodyTrac Health & Fitness service representative. Members are asked to submit changes at least one week before your billing date.

Account on hold with pay – During their initial contract, a member can put their membership on hold with pay if they are unable to attend for a minimum of a month for travel, short term medical, etc. After the initial contract, the member can request to apply any hold time they have accumulated and be without pay for the hold time. Hold time is not transferable from one location to another. If at any time your membership rolls over to month-to-month and you decide to terminate you will be billed one final payment.

Account on hold without pay – After their initial contract a member can put their membership on hold without pay for up to 3 months per calendar year if they are unable to attend for a minimum of a month for travel, short term medical, etc. On the date of the return, the membership will resume again. If at any time you decide to terminate your membership you will be billed one final payment. Click: Hold form without pay

Termination – In order for a member to terminate, they need to meet the entire monthly terms of the contract and then submit a membership change form 30 days prior to the date of termination. If another payment falls within the 30 days before termination, the member will be billed one final payment. At the location’s discretion the BodyTrac® Health and Fitness location may offer to hold that final month time for a later date if the member is unable to attend. Please go to the BodyTrac location that you are a member and fill out the electronic termination form.

Medical Termination – Member becomes physically unable to use a substantial portion of BodyTrac® Health and Fitness services for at least one year. A doctor’s note is required for Medical Termination.

Move Termination – Member moves more than 50 miles from BodyTrac® Health & Fitness. Must show proof of new address. Pay a $100 buyout. Buyout is at the discretion of the BodyTrac® Health and Fitness location.

Buyout – A buyout is only for a move after documentation has been approved.

Auto Renewal – All contracts, except paid in full, are on auto renewal and will continue to draft on a monthly basis after the initial term of the members contract until the member cancels by written notice.

Membership Renewal – At any time a member can sign a new contract for a longer term to receive a lower price. The original contract is at that point terminated and the new contract will be the full duration of the new contracts term.
