CURRENT MEMBERS:

Change account information – A member can update their account information (To update Credit Card information click on account login button on the top right of the website, once logged in you can update your Credit Card information).

Account on hold – Members unable to attend for a minimum of a month for travel, short term medical, etc. can submit a request to put their sessions on hold. Hold time is not transferable from one location to another.

Termination – In order for a member to terminate, they need to meet the entire monthly terms of the contract and then submit membership change form 30 days prior to the date of termination. If another payment falls within the 30 days before termination, the member will be billed one final payment. At the location’s discretion the BodyTrac® Health and Fitness location may offer to hold that final month time for a later date if the member is unable to attend. Please go to the BodyTrac location that you are a member and submit your request.

Auto Renewal – All contracts, except paid in full, are on auto renewal and will continue to draft monthly after the initial term of the members contract until the member cancels by confirmed notice at the BodyTrac location.

Membership Renewal – At any time a member can sign a new contract for a longer term to receive a lower price. The original contract is at that point terminated and the new contract will be the full duration of the new contracts term.
